Preference Enrolment

1. Complete the enrolment form enclosed with this prospectus. Take the completed enrolment form and the consent certificate to your bishop’s agent for signing.

2. Bring the enrolment forms, consent certificate and your child’s birth certificate to the School office. If you wish to have an interview with the Principal please contact the office for an appointment.

3. On the Principal’s acceptance of the enrolment a place will be secured for your child at Sacred Heart School. 

Non-preference Enrolment

1. Complete the enrolment form enclosed with this prospectus. Bring the enrolment forms, consent certificates and your child’s birth certificate to the office. If you wish to have an interview with the principal please contact the School.

2. On the principal’s acceptance of the enrolment a place will be secured for your child at Sacred Heart School.
